Heat up the extruder barrel, let the material melt, keep it warm for a period of time, and start gradually, but pay attention to controlling the temperature. It's not good if the material is scorched.
If it still does not turn, consider whether there is a hard object stuck in the front end because the screw groove is getting shallower. If you can confirm that there is no hard object, then remove the extruder screw and extruder barrel together, and use the jack while heating the place where the booster is welded on the extruder barrel.
Generally hard objects can be ejected. But if a hard object is entered, it must be from the discharge end to the top of the feed end. If it cannot be ejected, it can basically be scrapped. Even if it is forced out with brute force, the inside will be damaged, which will affect normal production in the future.
1. Clean up the excess materials at the feed opening.
2. Remove the cooling water jacket near the discharge port, drain the cooling water, and then install the heating tile for heating (if it is convenient to remove the cooling water jacket), the material in this section is heated and melted.
3. Increase the temperature of extruder barrel to about 260 degrees, and heat up for at least 2 hours.
4. Start the screw and barrel of the extruder and accelerate slowly. Pay attention to the current meter and extruder tachometer. If it is found that only the number of ammeters increases but the number of tachometers does not increase, lower the speed control knob to avoid excessive motor current. When it is found that the current has dropped, it can be dealt with by increasing the speed appropriately.
If it still doesn't work, you can use large pipe pliers or homemade crowbar to crank the car manually. You can reverse the crank for a few weeks, and then start the host to do a few cycles. But if the control is not good, it is easy to twist the extruder screw elements or smolden the motor, except for these two dangers, it will not cause too much influence on the extruder, and it can generally be handled.
