Buss Type Screw Element

BUSS Kneader is a high-quality modified compounding machine that has been sold for more than half a century. It has been widely used in plastic masterbatch, wire and cable material, toner copy material, daily chemical industry, military industry and other fields. It is a single-screw compounding extruder with coexisting rotation and reciprocating pulses. Its elements adopt multi-head kneading screws and pins for mixing and kneading. Nowadays, the barrel pins are divided into two kinds, three rows and four rows. The new model is named COMPEO (the screw can be divided into 2-6 and it is more flexible  for processing). In short, its shear force is relatively weak, and the mixing effect is not so intensive as that of the two fighted screw element, which is worth looking forward to.
