Overview

Closed screw barrels serve as the primary processing chamber where solid materials undergo phase transition into a homogeneous melt under combined thermal and shear energy.


The fully enclosed structure maintains continuous pressure along the barrel, enabling stable melt formation and efficient energy conversion. Integrated heating systems combined with internal cooling channels closely following the “∞-shaped” bore ensure precise thermal regulation, allowing rapid heat exchange and preventing thermal degradation.


High-performance bimetallic liners provide excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion, ensuring long service life under high filler or aggressive material conditions.
