Liquid Injection Barrel | Twin Screw Extruder Dosing Barrel
Barrel enabling precise injection of liquid additives into the melt stream.
Liquid injection barrels enable precise introduction of liquid additives into the melt through high-pressure injection systems integrated within the barrel structure.
Liquid additives are atomized into fine droplets upon injection and rapidly dispersed into the polymer melt under combined shear and pressure conditions, ensuring uniform distribution at the molecular level.
The system allows accurate control of injection timing and flow rate, making it essential for reactive extrusion processes such as grafting, cross-linking and chemical modification.
Advanced sealing technologies are implemented to prevent leakage and maintain pressure stability, while materials and sealing systems are engineered for compatibility with a wide range of chemical additives.
